Click on the "person" icon at the top right of your screen. Click "account" from the drop down menu. Scroll down to "Participants." Based upon your player's age, click on the blue oblong "Programs Available!" icon.

A new window indicating available programs appears. Under the heading "2023 Oahe FC Summer Soccer Camp" select a camp session. The appropriate camp session is preset based upon your player's birthday. Please enroll players for appropriate session based upon the group they are in this year based on the age matrix. 

If you are registering multiple players click the "Next Player" icon. You may need to scroll down on the page but select the appropriate session for this player and continue for additional children. Once you've completed selecting registration for each player, click the "Continue" icon at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. A new window appears with registration questions. Each question with an asterisk must be answered before moving forward with registration. The liability waiver must be acknowledged. If your player does not have a physical condition which staff should be aware of, indicate "none." After answering the registration questions for all applicable children, click the "Continue" button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

An "Order Summary" window appears. Click "Continue." A "Checkout" window appears. A service fee is applied to all orders. If multiple players are registered on one order only one service fee is applied. Please make a selection regarding "SecureFee." OFC is not affiliated with the "SecureFee" option provided. 

Under the "Payment Method," do not click the "Leave as an open balance" checkbox. Registration will not be processed if payment is not made. Payment with a credit card is required at time of registration. Select "Credit Card" from the "Payment Method" drop-down list. Enter applicable credit card information in the appropriate fields.

Scroll down further to fill out "Billing Address" information. If the billing address is the same as the primary account holder's address, click the "Yes" checkbox. Scroll down and acknowledge the email confirmation and agree to terms and conditions. Click "Submit Order" button.

A confirmation message window appears indicating registration is complete.

If you register for camp and are unable to attend due to a COVID-19 close contact or doctor confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, email [email protected]. A portion of your registration may be refunded upon receipt of valid doctor's note.
