Oahe FC has an annual registration fee to participate in practices and tournaments.  Tournament Fees are billed through Team Snap and are separate fees applied when attending tournaments.

In order to receive first warm-up/uniform order before Fright Fest in October, the registration deadline is September 9th at 5pm In other words if your player is new to OFC, wants a warm-up, and/or needs to size up / get a replacement uniform, register before September 9th. Register at www.oahesoccer.com. The second warm up/uniform order deadline is December 1st at 5pm.

The 23-24 season registration is open from May 1, 2023 to  December 31, 2023. If a player needs to register on or after January 1, 2023, contact us at [email protected]. Keep in mind, OFC does one registration for the year. This registration fee is the lowest for any competitive club in the state. Therefore, the registration fee will not be prorated for single tournaments or by month.

The 23-24 registration fee for U8 is $90. For all other teams, the annual registration fee is $125. Annual registration will cover both indoor and outdoor seasons through July 31, 2024. A service fee and credit card fee are applied to the registration fee at checkout. If you do not need a uniform and are only registering a single player, your fee is $132 at checkout. 

* If you have a SportsConnect Login/Password for Capital Area Baseball or Capital Area Soccer = Go to LOGIN in the top right hand corner of the website and use that same Login/Password.  You will need to ADD PARTICIPANTS the first time you log into the OFC portal.

* If you do not have a SportsConnect Login/Password = Go to REGISTER in the top right hand corner of the website and create an account and ADD PARTICIPANTS (players).

NEW Players will need to email a player photo and birth certificate to the Registrar to [email protected]. Do not upload during registration.

(Guest Players will need to request a code before registering and email player photo and birth certificate.)

Please ignore the question regarding volunteer opportunities.  Unfortunately, we cannot remove that functionality from the process.  

Please ignore the "custom deposit" field. OFC doesn't require a deposit for registration.

We are offering Score warm-ups (both jacket and pants) at a cost of $96.  Please note OFC was offered special pricing for this order. If ordering in the future, the price will likely be more.  A mock-up image of the warm-ups can be found above by clicking on "Warm-ups Image."  The warm-ups are black, have the logo as well as the player number on both the jacket and pants.  Warm-ups are sold as a package and not separately. Please refer to the sizing charts above to select the appropriate warm-ups size for your player.  

Warm-ups can be purchased by selecting Order Warm-up during the registration process. Warm-ups will not be ordered unless current player number, warm-up sizes are selected and they are paid for.

If parents want to purchase a second Warm-Up set, feel free to do so. If a player number is not necessary, please indicate "na."

Online Uniform Order:

If you have a 2020 OFC uniform kit and everything still fits, there is NO NEED to purchase another uniform kit. However, if you're new to OFC and/or last year's uniform doesn't fit, uniform kits can be ordered during registration for $130. Uniform kits include the white/silver uniform, green uniform and socks.

If you need to purchase a NEW UNIFORM, please input the proper size shirt and shorts in the appropriate fields when registering. Again, ONLY if you are ordering a NEW UNIFORM, select "YES" to the question directly following the code of conduct acknowledgement. Clicking "YES" for the uniform kit order question will add $130 uniform kit fee to your registration. 

Uniforms will not be ordered until payment is received so be sure of you need a uniform kit, you click "YES."

All registered OFC players need to purchase a uniform. If your player missed the uniform order deadline and won't have a uniform in time for a tournament, coach's uniforms are available to rent for $25 per tournament until your player's uniform arrives. Work with the applicable head coach.

OFC elected to have new uniform sets starting with the 2020-2021 program year. If you purchased a uniform in 2020-2021 that still fits, you do not need to order a new uniform for the 2022-2023 program year.  If the uniform still fits, during registration enter “none” for player SIZE but enter player’s current jersey NUMBER during each player registration.  If a current player needs a new uniform, enter SIZE to be ordered and player’s current jersey NUMBER. If a new player needs to order a uniform, during registration, enter SIZE. We will select a jersey number based upon availability.

Please understand we will do what we can to accommodate returning players keeping their current number but understand we may need to change uniform numbers based upon team composition.

Kit cost is $130. A kit includes two uniform sets and two pair of socks. In 2020, we ordered uniforms outside of registration and payment was in the form of check or cash. In 2021, uniforms must be ordered during registration. 

Extended sizes after XL will be an additional expense. The uniforms will be used starting 2020-2021 program year for three to five years. Payment is required when ordering the uniform.
